My husband had surgery on his rotator cuff. Complete replacement. He was referred to Physical Therapy Central. I went with him today and was impressed with everything. The staff was so friendly, and very attentive to what we both needed, not just him. The facility was extremely clean and plenty of room between all tables and machinery. They have more options of things to work with than I’ve ever seen before in a therapy facility. They also have the sweetest Portuguese water dog for therapy. They have been such a blessing.

James Bailey is outstanding, plus he does dry needling which works great. His staff are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful and make it fun to be there. Great facility.

Found this place after waiting way to long to get my hip checked out. They got me in really quick, the staff are all so nice and welcoming, which is so uncommon in the medical world, in my experience, and they are genuinely dedicated to getting you feeling better. Would highly recommend 1010!

My husband started coming here around 3 months ago for a work injury and we absolutely love it. Every single person here is so nice and respectful. They always have a smile and seem genuinely happy to see us. My husband usually works with Lexi and she has been so informative and kind. She actually listens to him if he says an exercise is causing him any discomfort and they change the routine up as he needs. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

There's too many names to put in words how much I really appreciate each and every one of you. You were absolutely right. It healed pretty well just a rare malfunction in a lose anchor. Cause your therapy really did help. I have my strength back that I didn't have yesterday

After a major surgery on my foot and ankle, was referred here for PT. This place gets a 5+ Star review. James and his entire crew are the best at what they do. PT is not a fun place for most, but I must say I have a banging time every visit (3/week visits for months), and every visit has been fantastic. They work you hard, which I like because I want to be able to walk again. But its also a wonderful, friendly and happy environment. You really feel like part of "the family" after only a couple of visits. Lexi and Casey are the very best at what they do. All of the techs are also great people who really care about getting you back to 100%. Nick, Peyton, Hope, Brie, Kennedy, Cooper, Lannie (sorry if I forgot anyone) make every visit special. And your always met with a smiling face by Mariah when you walk in the door. I am amazed at how far I've progressed in the short time I've been going there because of the extent of my surgery and rehab required, but they have made me want to work hard, while not dreading the visits. If you need PT and you live anywhere close to Shawnee, I would highly recommend you choose this place before even considering any other. They are the best at what they do!!!
