Meet the Staff
Torri Mathis earned her Physical Therapist Assistant from Murray State College. Prior to that, Torri obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma.
In her free time, Torri enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, playing board games, and traveling to new places.
Ryan is originally from Sioux City, Iowa and graduated from North High School where he participated in baseball, basketball, football, and track. He was ranked by ESPN as one of the nations Top-100 tight ends while playing football; he chose to play baseball at Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa. There he earned his Bachelor of Science in Natural Science with a minor in Advanced Sciences.
With a history in athletics and sports-related injuries, Ryan chose to return to his hometown to expand his knowledge of the human anatomy at Briar Cliff University. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Briar Cliff, dedicating his time to the community’s pro-bono clinic while also participating in research to improve the care and safety of youth athletes in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa.
Ryan has been active with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) by both attending and presenting at state and national conferences. In his first few years in the profession, he has goals of becoming dry needling certified, pursing a board certification as a sports specialist, and learning the most he can from his peers.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys listening to music, spending time with his friends, playing all sports and tacos. He is looking forward to seeing all that Oklahoma has to offer and attending his first OU football game.
Hear what other PT Central patients have to say.
Working for PT Central is incredible. Even on my worst days, I leave work feeling valued, motivated, and encouraged. There is a culture of positivity and genuine concern for our patients and each other.

I work for PTC because of the ongoing encouragement to make myself a better therapist, provider, and person. All of this while pursuing my leadership with OPTA/APTA and going through my manual therapy certification.

I love working for PTC because it is a unique family. The people who make up PTC embody the qualities I think are so needed in healthcare. This company stands strongly for excellent customer care and service.

This is what every physical therapy experience is supposed to be. Hands-on. Intelligent. Caring.

PT Central has the greatest therapists! The staff is kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If you’re looking for someone caring to help get you back to normal… you must come to PT Central.

I will always come to PT Central. If I could, I would rate it more than 5 Stars. These people deserve a higher rating.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had. They’re extremely knowledgeable and truly care about helping people.
