Clinic Director, Physical TherapistBrett was born and raised in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Carl Albert High School and attended the University of Oklahoma for his Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Science. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. During his time in school, he served as the APTA Core Ambassador for all of Oklahoma. He completed several rotations, including getting the opportunity to work with basic training soldiers at Fort Sill.
After graduation, Brett began his career in Purcell, Oklahoma. He also was appointed to serve as Treasurer and as a Board of Directors voting member for APTA Oklahoma, the state’s physical therapy association, where he was re-elected to a second two-year term in April 2023. After finishing his second term he was elected to APTA Oklahoma President, taking over in January 2027. He joined Physical Therapy Central in October 2023, fulfilling a dream of returning to his hometown. Brett is interested in post-surgical rehabilitation, sports therapy, dry needling, and blood flow restriction.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kyla, and two sons, Lance and Cade. Brett enjoys OU football, soccer, two stepping, hunting, kayak fishing, and relaxing to good music with friends and family.

Raven Gaddis PT, DPT
Physical TherapistRaven Gaddis is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. A proud Midwest City High School graduate, Raven is excited to serve the community that helped shape her.
Her clinical interests include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, post-surgical care, injury prevention, dry needling, and sports performance. Raven is a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and enjoys continuing to grow her skills in sports medicine and performance.
Outside of the clinic, Raven is a big sports fan and can usually be found watching or talking about basketball, football, or volleyball. She also enjoys fitness, movies, music, coaching youth basketball, and spending time with family and friends. She brings her love of sports, a positive personality, and a little bit of humor into everything she does.

Physical Therapist AssistantJonathan was born and raised in Prague, Oklahoma where graduated from Prague High School. He attended Seminole State College where he earned his Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
After graduation, Jonathan moved to Mount Sterling, Kentucky where he began his career as a PTA. In August of 2023, Jonathan moved back to Oklahoma to be closer to family and serve the community he loves. He joined the team at Physical Therapy Central in November 2023.
When Jonathan isn’t working, he enjoys hiking, fishing, playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, video games, spending time with family, and finding new board games to enjoy.

Physical Therapist AssistantJill was born and raised in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and attended Morris Public Schools, participating in various extracurricular activities. She attended the University of Oklahoma for her Bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science, then Tulsa Community College for her Associate’s in Applied Science to become a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Jill has been a practicing PTA since 2020, and has worked with a variety of patients in different settings. She really enjoys sports therapy as well as pelvic health.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys many hobbies such as reading, baking, pickleball, spending time in the gym, and also time with her dog Ivy. She moved to Midwest City for new opportunities and the community involvement that is available to her through working with Physical Therapy Central.
