Meet the Staff
Kendall is the clinic director of the Midwest City location.
Kendall was born and raised in Longview, Texas where she was active in sports, music, and academics from a young age, competing in volleyball and tennis while graduating top 10 in her high school class. Following high school she attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. As an undergraduate student she was involved in many organizations and had the amazing opportunity to travel abroad to Texas Tech’s campus in Sevilla, Spain and study Spanish. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Biology graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving the distinct honor of the highest ranked graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences.
After graduating Kendall elected to stay in Lubbock and pursue her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist at Texas Tech University. During the intensive 3-year program she completed orthopaedic rotations with emphasis on manual therapy in Cedar Park, TX and Portland, OR. In May 2018 graduated with honors earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Her areas of interest in physical therapy include manual therapy, spinal dysfunction, and sports injury rehabilitation. She is an active member of the APTA and plans to become Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and pursue a Manual Therapy Certification in order to provide the best care possible to her patients.
Kendall currently lives in Oklahoma City and enjoys traveling, finding new coffee shops, playing sand volleyball, cheering for the Red Raiders, being with friends and family, and playing guitar around a campfire. She is excited to serve the Oklahoma City community and become involved in local events in order to make a positive impact.
Born and raised in Moore, Oklahoma, Kristie went to Moore High School, where she was a member of the MHS swim team and graduated in 2004. After high school, she continued on with competitive swimming with a scholarship to Drury University (DU) in Springfield, MO. Kristie was a part of the NCAA Division II National Championship team specializing in all Breastroke events.
Kristie graduated from Drury University in 2008 with a BA in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Global Studies. Following graduation, she moved back to Moore, OK and was accepted in the OCCC PTA program, graduating in 2011. She has worked for the same employer for over 9 years now with special emphasis on shoulder rehab and sports medicine.
In her free time, Kristie loves spending time with her husband and their awesome Golden Retriever, Luna. Their favorite activities include any thing involving tennis balls, lots of cuddles and going on long walks.
A true native of the Oklahoma Panhandle, Jade graduated from Guymon High School in the top 10% of her class after years of high performance in academics and sports, including basketball, soccer, softball, and golf.
In 2015, she went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. This sparked her interest in a career in physical therapy, so she went back to school and completed her AAS in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2019.
Now, Jade is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association. She has also completed residencies in outpatient orthopaedics, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation. Among her many areas of interest are geriatrics, orthopaedics, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports injuries. Recently, she was ASTYM certified and plans to pursue her certification in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy through another residency program with Evidence In Motion.
