Carrie was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada but moved to El Reno, Oklahoma at the age of six when her father was transferred for work. She received her Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma. She then went on to earn her Doctor of PhysicalTherapy from Evidence in Motion so that she could further her education and provide the most updated treatments to her patients. Carrie has loved science and anatomy since she was a child and knew she wanted to become a Physical Therapist since sustaining an 8th-grade sports injury to her knee that required PT. Following surgery, she continued to be very active in athletics including basketball, volleyball, track, gymnastics, and cheer.
She has worked in outpatient orthopedics for much of her career and has had several roles in directing and leadership. As a Certified ClinicalInstructor, Carrie prides herself on her relationships with other providers and physicians. Her primary interests are in orthopedics, including spinal dysfunctions and rehabilitation of upper and lower extremity impairments. She is trained in dry needling to enhance her ability to treat musculoskeletal injuries. She greatly enjoys working with people of all ages, returning them to their desired level of function. Carrie takes great pride in her compassion and empathy for every person and wants each patient to be treated as an individual. She does NOT believe in or practice “cookbook” therapy.
All her family, other than her children, still reside in Canada. She enjoys spending time with her kids, including a set of twins, son and daughter, and another younger daughter. She is incredibly proud that her three children followed in her footsteps with their talent in sports. Carrie enjoys fishing, being at the lake, and any beach she can find. She also makes time for fitness. “It is so important to maintain as we age for flexibility, balance, and strength”. Carrie’s favorite quote is “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life”.
Raven grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma. She is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and earned her degree from Oklahoma City Community College. Raven has spent her time working in both the home health setting serving the OKC metro area and the outpatient setting with a love for orthopedics.
In addition to serving the community through physical therapy, Raven’s other passion is serving the community through outreach and volunteerism with Live Full, the community service ministry which she and her husband founded in 2014. It is her constant desire to show glimpses of hope to individuals, organizations, and communities in any capacity she can. She has seen that amazing things can happen when people come together to serve someone other than themselves. Raven currently resides in Mustang with her husband Daniel and son Zion.
Hear what other PT Central patients have to say.
Working for PT Central is incredible. Even on my worst days, I leave work feeling valued, motivated, and encouraged. There is a culture of positivity and genuine concern for our patients and each other.

I work for PTC because of the ongoing encouragement to make myself a better therapist, provider, and person. All of this while pursuing my leadership with OPTA/APTA and going through my manual therapy certification.

I love working for PTC because it is a unique family. The people who make up PTC embody the qualities I think are so needed in healthcare. This company stands strongly for excellent customer care and service.

This is what every physical therapy experience is supposed to be. Hands-on. Intelligent. Caring.

PT Central has the greatest therapists! The staff is kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If you’re looking for someone caring to help get you back to normal… you must come to PT Central.

I will always come to PT Central. If I could, I would rate it more than 5 Stars. These people deserve a higher rating.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had. They’re extremely knowledgeable and truly care about helping people.
