I cannot give enough praise to this physical therapy place. The staff is stunningly friendly, their service is beyond what I could have expected. The people at the front desk are always extremely helpful and friendly, the manager is beyond friendly and understanding. The techs are patient, helpful, encouraging, engaging, involved, delightful, hilarious, adapting and courteous. They make physical therapy less of a doctor's appointment and more of a fun task to do to get better. As for the physical therapists themselves, I have worked with a few of them due to my schedule and they have been nothing but brilliant, adaptive, they're like detectives trying to figure out where exactly the problem is to make you feel better. They listen to everything that you need to speak of to get your best help, they genuinely care about the situation that you're in and we'll find the best answers to help you. I will be going through surgeries most likely in the future and I will absolutely come back for more help. I have been coming to physical therapy Central for about 7 or 8 months and at this point it is the highlight of my week. I cannot wait to come back to physical therapy and just have more fun do exercises and just feel better both emotionally, mentally, physically. Sometimes when I lay in bed to go to sleep for the day, I'll remember things that happened at physical therapy and just start laughing.
Instead of physical therapy being a reminder that I am still sick with whatever condition I have, it's like a party I get to go to every single week for fun because I'm sick I get to go.

AAA+ All PT workers are very nice, and very supportive. I have never been to a Physical Therapy Office. I was very pleasantly surprised. All I can say is, "Keep It Up Guys".

This office is amazing and I can’t recommend them enough! I was sad I couldn’t keep going by the end of it. From the front desk, techs, and clinicians everyone was welcoming. I worked with Jaime Wyrick as my main orthopedic PT 2/3 of my weekly appts, and Elizabeth Gutierrez as the PT assistant 1/3 weekly visits. The care I received made me feel listened to, and my questions answered. Even outside of just the clinicians I worked with, it seemed like there is a professional culture of asking for patient feedback, listening to them, checking in, and adapting to their needs- this made me feel like I was getting the most effective and safest treatment.

I’m so thankful that I am able to go back to life and all the activities that bring me joy after a severe injury took all normalcy away. I absolutely would not be where I am today without PT Central in Midtown!

This is my second time coming to this facility for therapy. I love the atmosphere the scheduling is very flexible everyone is very kind and most of the time I tend to feel better and you’re always welcomed with a nice mouth for Miss Asia

Can't recommend this place enough! Everyone who works here is so pleasant to interact with. Amy was my physical therapist after I had back surgery and she was so helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and is so fun to talk to! Thank you Amy and Physical Therapy Central for helping me feel like myself again after surgery.

I will return real soon and the service is excellent.

I have gone to this office for several years now for various issues and have had nothing but the best experience. Everyone working there treats you with courtesy, respect and professionalism.

They treat all their patients as if they are the most important people in the room. The techs are great and Megan the PT is the best! She has helped me to learn to walk again after surgery and for that thank you is not enough. I walked(limped) in and after a few months walked out confidently.

I can't recommend them enough if you are needing physical therapy. The people of PT Central Midtown make PT enjoyable. Kudos to you all!
