I am currently going to PT Central after a total shoulder replacement. I couldn't be happier with the professional and caring support I've received. Each therapist brings their unique skills and all staff are committed to your successful recovery. Very pleased with my progress and know they will get me back to full range of motion and strength level. Highly recommend!

This is a well run facility, and all of the staff I have encountered here is PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and PERSONABLE. They really take care of you here. I have worked with several of the Therapists, and I would recommend any of them. Courtney is my main therapist, and she is phenomenal, as a therapist and as a person! She is also very good at educating you about your condition and giving advice. The whole staff (from the office to the technicians) is upbeat, knew my name by my 2nd visit, and are very helpful. The facility is kept very clean. Physical Therapy has benefitted me greatly, and I'm so glad I tried this place. I call them "miracle workers".

I'm about to wrap up over two months doing PT at this location and to be honest I'll be sad to go! I didn't think I would ever enjoy having to go to Physical Therapy but somehow I was proven wrong by an amazing staff. It really became the highlight of my weeks to go and laugh while working out with such knowledgeable people. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone in the area (and anyone who wants to drive for a great experience). I'll miss Cortney and the rest of the staff but they got me back to better than before.

Great staff, and very clean place. Helped my back years ago and my neck currently. Electrostatic therapy, with light massage followed by stretching and exercises.

My daughter and I have both received care from PTC Newcastle. I can not rave enough about how kind, personable, and knowledgeable the staff is. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

I am a current patient here and the staff is amazing and friendly. Give them 1 day and they will remember you and each and every time you come in. This is one of the best places that I have been to for therapy.

I have loved my time at PTC in Newcastle! I injured my foot back in May and started PT in September because I had almost no mobility in my ankle or my toes and couldn’t do much of anything without pain or difficulty (walking, standing, household duties, etc). I still have a little longer to go but in the last month I have seen SO much improvement! I’m able to go for walks, workout again, and more. My ankle is back to full motion and my toes are almost there! I honestly will be so sad to leave when it’s time to be discharged! Coming to PTC Newcastle is a highlight of my week for sure! The whole staff is absolutely amazing! They are so kind, encouraging, helpful and fun! Courtney has been my main therapist and she’s just so wonderful! I highly recommend PTC in Newcastle!

The Newcastle PT CENTRAL is great! The staff is very kind & caring. They are fully staffed & very professional. They are always nearby to answer questions & assist with doing your therapy correctly.
