I’ve had an outstanding experience at PTC! The level of personal attention each patient receives is truly unmatched. It’s incredibly refreshing to walk into a place where every staff member knows your name and genuinely cares about your progress. At this point, I’m pretty sure they know me better than some of my own family.

The team creates a warm, fun, and encouraging environment that actually makes physical therapy something to look forward to—which feels like a medical miracle in itself! They somehow make working through sore muscles enjoyable, and they always keep you motivated.

Seriously, folks… if you’re looking for physical therapy, this is absolutely the place to go. Just don’t tell too many people—I still want to be able to get an appointment! Keep up the amazing work, PTC!

I have been a patient at Physical Therapy Central for almost 18 months, due to three shoulder surgeries and one knee surgery. The staff at the facility are excellent in how they take care of you, know your name, welcome you when you arrive, explain each exercise of your treatment plan, and make you comfortable during your stay at the facility. I highly recommend these professionals to anyone needing therapy. They are the best!!!!

Such a welcoming environment, lots of lovely welcoming techs, along with all of the amazing PTs! If you need any kind of pt this is the place to go!

Staff is very nice and helpful. They are also encouraging. I recently had surgery on my foot which affected my gait when I walk. I also have issues caused by neuropathy. Both are getting much better. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this therapy facility to anyone. The place is clean. The staff is knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful. They may been a blessing in my recovery from my injury.

I first came here in 2021 after breaking my leg, and I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. Kaylie and her team made such a difference in my recovery. They encouraged me, challenged me, and gave me the confidence I needed to keep pushing. The day I was finally able to walk again is a moment I'll never forget, and I'm so grateful for everything they did to help me get there.

Now, in 2026, I'm back because I developed a bone spur behind my Achilles tendon on the same leg I previously broke. Emily has been my primary physical therapist, and she is incredibly kind, encouraging, and truly cares about her patients. Even though there is a new team, everyone has been amazing. Every person I've interacted with has been friendly, supportive, and dedicated to helping me succeed.

I can't recommend this clinic enough. They don't just help you recover physically—they genuinely care about you as a person. Thank you all for the care, compassion, and encouragement you've given me over the years. You have made a lasting impact on my life!

I love the location. It’s no more than five minutes from my house and it was very easy inconvenient to get in. They have a very nice lobby and a good coffee station their equipment as well. Taken care of and cleaned. Thank you for helping me get back to a regular Life.
