Hayden, the director doesn’t just sit in his office, he’s out greeting the patients with an awesome welcoming along with the staff when patients come in the door with a pleasant greeting. If you’re a new patient, you get a one on one assessment with Hayden or Aimee to make sure you will get the physical therapy that is needed for your recovery. The staff is 100% knowledgeable of what your physical therapy needs are to help with your recovery. The team support is the utmost best that I’ve even seen, because I’m not just doing my PT, I also pay attention to how the other therapist are working with their patients , seeing that I know I’m at the best PT clinic for my recovery. The therapist’s assist each other when needed without hesitation, along with documenting notes in the chart to ensure accuracy. The key to recovery is making sure documentation is accurate to the patients needs which is done. Now, when the therapist have completed working with you, they will inform Hayden or Aimee that the patient is ready for them to do their final assessment, which is on hands massaging, strengthening and range of motion. No patient will leave without Hayden or Aimee doing their final hands on assessment and going over the notes from the therapist. Also when calling for an appointment, Sara the receptionist is well knowledgeable of making sure you’re scheduled before leaving, and will work with you if an appointment needs to be changed. My PT is going really good, and now I’ve graduated from the PT baby steps to a little more advance therapy. Thanks to the staff at PT Central Mustang for getting me started on the road to recovery and soon I’ll be getting back to my normal activities with no limitations just slow and easy. I’m just a happy person like the staff and making my PT fun while I’m in recovery status. Thanks again to all the staff at Physical Therapy Central Mustang, You Rock!

Don Nguyen my physical therapist, first time appointment yesterday, he was very knowledgeable, polite, explained every detail possible about what was going on with me and how we made plans to work on them. The office is very inviting front staff very polite as well, all around I felt very comfortable and, left feeling very at ease with my choice of choosing my physical therapist. I am very fortunate, to have such a great professional caring therapist! I have a good workout plan, that he provided for me explained my diagnosis, I even got this cool t-shirt for free!

Kristin. Emma, and staff helped me recover from prostate removal. Their knowledge, wisdom, teamwork, empathy and humor made for a great recovery and brought the joy back into my life. I can strongly recommend them for any physical therapy needs!

All of Physical Therapy experts are very knowledgeable, patient and kind. You can tell that they are invested in your health and getting you back to speed or better than you were before needing to have PT. Kristen,my therapist was the best. 💞
