PT Central has great staff! They are ALL very helpful. You can always count on a smile to greet you as you walk in the door.
Staff at the Bethany location are not only great with moral and therapy but being flexible in scheduling around my crazy work/life schedule. The ease of text reminders and text communication is a life saver for me.
The Therapist have really been great to not only individualize my treatment plan to my need and Dr. order but they are also give extra encouragement for those days when I need a little extra push to get through my therapy session.

This place is truly great and such a pleasant customer experience. I have had other PT experiences which were not near as successful and enjoyable as working with the folks here at PT Central in Bethany. I work mostly with Chelle Brown who is an amazing therapist. All of the people here are top notch therapists making sure that you fully comprehend your progress and treatment. Additionally the Techs and other staff are a joy to work with, and always very welcoming. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

I am so impressed with Bethany PT Central! I've been going there for over a week, and I actually look forward to my visits. Both therapists are very professional and very knowledgeable. Chelle and John are both truly concerned with your well-being. They are also very easy to talk to, and have great senses of humor.
When you walk in the door, you meet Kara, and that's where the feeling of expert care begins. She actually keeps the entire place in smooth working order. Her smile and energetic personality make you smile!
That atmosphere continues with the assistants that get you set up for your session. They know their job, know the equipment involved, and are very efficient in getting you going.
Respect, kindness, true concern are evident everywhere in this facility!

Chelle is a great physical therapist, always taking the time to listen to your needs and not making you repeat yourself every appointment. She and the staff seem to genuinely care that you get better.

Cara is a great receptionist and has a positive attitude. She has been patient and flexible when I can't make my appointment at the last minute.

I've never had to wait for my appointment here, which is impressive and irregular for healthcare facilities. I'm so happy I'm their patient!

Very good as a matter of fact OUTSTANDING Experience with Shelly the therapist was wonderful and Crystal the secretary also very efficient and professional. I Highly recommend the Physical Therapy Central to anyone in pain🤗 God Bless You!!!!
