Reginald Evans PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Reginald Evans PT, DPT
Physical TherapistReggie was born in Oklahoma City, OK and raised in Carrollton, Tx just north of Dallas. He graduated from Hebron High School in 2015 and decided to continue his football career as a running back at Austin College in Sherman, TX. He dealt with several injuries and a couple of surgeries during his college career, but was still able to finish out football and serve as a team captain his senior year. During his time at Austin College, he double majored in Sports Science and Psychology, was a member and President of the Tri-Gamma Fraternity, selected as an honorary member of the Zeta Chi Omega Sorority, and a graduate in the class of 2019. Amidst the COVID chaos in Spring 2020, Reggie made the decision to return home to OKC and begin his physical therapy education at Oklahoma City University. During his time at OCU, he served as the class president and as the APTA Core Ambassador for the state of Oklahoma. He graduated from OCU as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in December of 2022. He remains involved with the program and serves as Clinical Lab Assistant and mentor to the current OCU DPT students.
Reggie started his career as a Physical Therapist at PTC Midtown in January 2023. He was a student at the Midtown clinic in the summer of 2022 and enjoyed the company, clinic, and staff so much that it was an easy decision to come back and start his career there. He is currently working toward his Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) and plans to continue his education to obtain the Orthopedic Board-Certified Specialist (OCS) certification. Though he has an athletic background, Reggie is passionate about working with a variety of patients with all types of different injuries and backgrounds.
Outside of work, Reggie enjoys spending time with his wife, Ariel and their two dogs, Lola and Cleo. He loves going out to hear live music with friends, attending sporting events (mainly football, basketball, and softball), and spending weekends down in North Dallas visiting his family and friends. Reggie is very excited to be back at Midtown and find ways to help our OKC community!
