Andrea Allison PT, DPT, OCS
Clinic DirectorAndrea grew up in Woodward, Oklahoma, before moving to Edmond to attend the University of Central Oklahoma, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Andrea then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City.
She has worked at the Nichols Hills office of PT Central since 2020. During this time, Andrea has become board-certified in orthopedics, certified in trigger point dry needling, and has participated in a variety of leadership development opportunities and dance-related continuing education courses.
Her interests include the recovery of female athletes, how mental health affects physical health, and the rehabilitation of dancers and cheerleaders. She was a dancer for 15 years and has a continued passion for the performing arts. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Performing Arts and Orthopedic Special Interest Groups, American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy (ASSPT), National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA).
Andrea lives in Oklahoma City. She enjoys eating at local restaurants, traveling, reading, and watching the Food Network with her rescue dog, Franklin. Her favorite memory includes hiking an active volcano in Guatemala.
She enjoys volunteering her time with different organizations that promote health and wellness, such as the Endeavor Junior League of OKC, where she serves in a financial leadership position. Andrea is excited to continue growing in her career and developing relationships with the community she serves through her work as a Physical Therapist.

Sarah Dengler PT, DPT
Physical TherapistSarah grew up in Yukon, Oklahoma, where she was a competitive dancer. She graduated from Yukon High School in 2015, where she was Class Treasurer. After high school, she attended college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she majored in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Chemistry and graduated in 2019.
During her time at SWOSU, Sarah was an active member of the POM Squad, Biology Club, and Microbiology Research. Sarah attended Physical Therapy school at South College in Knoxville, TN, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2022.
Sarah spent her clinical rotation expanding her knowledge at St. Mary’s Inpatient Rehab in Enid, OK., Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN., and Peak Physical Therapy in Denton, TX. Sarah began her career with Physical Therapy Central in Elk City, OK. prior to transferring to the Nichols Hills office.
Her interests include treating patients for balance and fall management as well as specializing in treating musculoskeletal disorders in older adults. When she is not in the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events, and weightlifting. Sarah is known for spoiling her Labradoodle, Ollie, with unlimited toys and treats. Sarah especially enjoys traveling. During the winter, she enjoys snow skiing, and during the summer she enjoys spending time at the lake or pool.
