Cate Wright PT, DPT, OCS
Clinic DirectorCate was Michigan born, but Oklahoma raised with her parents, brothers and dogs. Growing up, she participated in soccer, competitive tumbling, dance, softball and tennis. She graduated from Edmond North High School, where she was a state champion in tennis and selected to participate in the All-State tennis team. She attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman, where she was active in the Pi Beta Phi sorority.
Cate graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science. Following graduation, she moved to Oklahoma City to pursue a career in physical therapy and graduated from OU Health Sciences Center with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
She completed the Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency through Evidence in Motion (EIM) and is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. Cate is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA). Her areas of interest in physical therapy include orthopedics, sport injuries and rehabilitation including tennis athletes, runners and post-operative conditions.
Cate currently lives in Edmond with her husband, her dog Ruby and two children. When she’s not in the clinic, Cate enjoys spending time with her kids, friends and family, staying active, and rooting for her favorite sports teams. She enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and the great outdoors. Her most memorable trips include Japan during cherry blossom season, Hawaii, Grand Cayman, and hiking through Yellowstone National Park. Cate has participated in the Oklahoma City Memorial half-marathon multiple times and enjoys helping other runners achieve their goals.
Andrea Allison PT, DPT, OCS
Andrea Allison PT, DPT, OCS
Andrea earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. Her interests include concussion education, the recovery of female athletes, how mental health affects physical health, and the rehabilitation of dancers and cheerleaders. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy (ASSPT), and Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA).
Andrea lives in OKC and enjoys eating at local restaurants, traveling, and watching the Food Network with her rescue dog, Sam. Her favorite travel memories include hiking an active volcano in Guatemala and releasing baby sea turtles into the ocean in Costa Rica. She enjoys volunteering her time with different organizations that promote health and wellness, such as the Endeavor Games, OKC Memorial Marathon, and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. She is a member of the Junior League of OKC, where she serves in a variety of leadership positions. She was voted “Favorite Physical Therapist” in 2021 by the OKC Young Professionals group. Andrea is excited to continue growing in her career and developing relationships with the community she serves.

Physical TherapistSarah grew up in Yukon, Oklahoma where she was a competitive dancer. She graduated from Yukon High School where she was Class Treasurer. After high school, she attended college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she majored in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. During her time at SWOSU, Sarah was an active member of the POM Squad, Biology Club, and Microbiology Research.
Sarah attended Physical Therapy school at South College in Knoxville, TN where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Sarah spent her clinical rotations expanding her knowledge at St. Mary’s Inpatient Rehab in Enid, OK., Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN., and Peak Physical Therapy in Denton, TX. Sarah began her career with Physical Therapy Central in Elk City, OK prior to transferring to the Nichols Hills office. Her interests include treating patients for balance and fall management as well as specializing in treating musculoskeletal disorders in older adults.
When she is not in the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events, and weightlifting. Sarah is known for spoiling her Labradoodle, Ollie with unlimited toys and treats. Sarah especially enjoys traveling. During the winter she enjoys snow skiing and during the summer she enjoys spending time at the lake or pool.
