Hayden Daugherty PT, DPT, OCS

Hayden Daugherty PT, DPT, OCS
Hayden grew up in Weatherford and Elk City, graduating from Elk City High School. He continued his education and baseball career at Garden City Community College and then at the University of Texas-Pan American. Hayden graduated from UTPA Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology.
Hayden went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, receiving the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice during his final year. He is a member of the Orthopaedic Section of the APTA and his professional interests include orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy, dry needling, spinal manipulation, cervical spine disorders, and sports rehabilitation. He completed an advanced Manual Therapy Certification program (MTC) through Evidence In Motion and became a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) .
Hayden and his wife Kristin have two boys, Hayes and Miles. Outside of physical therapy, Hayden is an avid golfer, Sooner fan, and guitar player. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, watching sports, and being outdoors.

Physical TherapistCody grew up in Elk City, Oklahoma and graduated from Elk City High School. In high school, Cody played football, basketball, golf, and soccer. He was awarded a football scholarship at the end of his high school career to play at Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he played for 3 years before graduating from University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Chemistry and a minor in Biology.
Cody attended Physical Therapy school at South College in Knoxville, TN, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) & Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) and enjoys treating patients of all ages, general orthopedic impairments, return to sport athletes, balance disorders, & post-operative patients.
When Cody is not practicing physical therapy he enjoys golf, hanging out with friends and family, and being active outdoors. Cody is an Oklahoma State Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, and Thunder fan.

Aimee Creger PTA

Physical Therapist AssistantAimee grew up in Mustang, Oklahoma graduating from Mustang High School in 2010. She was on the swim team and played softball in high school, earning a college softball scholarship to the University of Tulsa. Aimee was a 3 x All-American pitcher and was the NCAA Division 1 strike out leader as a senior in 2014. Aimee graduated and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Tulsa in 2014.
Upon graduation, Aimee went on to play professional softball in the NPF for the Akron Racers as well as for the USA Women’s National Team. Aimee continued her professional career by pitching overseas in both Japan and Italy before retiring in 2020. Throughout the years, when Aimee wasn’t playing, she helped coach softball at Pittsburg State University, Southern Nazarene University, and Mustang High School. To this day, she continues to give back to the softball community by giving pitching lessons to younger girls.
Aimee went on to continue her education at Oklahoma City Community College where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree in 2023. Her professional interests include orthopedic physical therapy and sport rehabilitation.
Outside of physical therapy, Aimee enjoys traveling, working out, outdoor activities, as well as reading, watching movies and spending time with family and friends. Aimee previously worked for PTC as a technician and is excited to be back as part of the Physical Therapy Central team as a therapist!

Physical TherapistEmma Green is a licensed physical therapist specializing in manual therapy, dry needling, and spinal manipulation. She grew up in Yukon and attended and graduated from Yukon High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK, in 2020, and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Southwest Baptist University in 2024. Following graduation, Emma completed a residency in manual therapy and orthopedics at ActivePT and Sports in Rochester, MN, in 2025.
Emma has a passion for working with active patients, runners, and those with pelvic floor concerns. As a former collegiate cross country and track athlete, she brings firsthand experience and understanding to her practice. Outside of work, Emma enjoys weight lifting, CrossFit, running, and outdoor activities. When not staying active, she spends time with friends and family, reading, or watching football.

Physical Therapist AssistantAllie is a native of Owasso, Oklahoma, where she graduated from Owasso High School in 2018. Allie ran track, cross country and played lacrosse during her high school career. She continued her athletic and academic journey at Oklahoma Baptist University, while obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.
Following her undergraduates studies, Allie attended Oklahoma City Community College, where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. During her time there, she was honored with the Clinical Excellence Award in recognition for her dedication to patient care.
Allies professional interests include sports rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, manual therapy and treating patients across all age groups. Her passion lies in helping individuals regain function, confidence and quality of life through individualized, hands-on care. `
Outside of the clinic, Allie enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her family and friends, as well as embracing her love for baking and decorating. She is also an avid supporter of track and field, basketball and the Oklahoma Sooners.
Allie is thrilled to return to PTC Mustang, where she previously trained as a student, and is honored to now serve the community as a therapist and member of the team!

Physical TherapistCourtney grew up in Plano, Texas, and graduated high school from Prestonwood Christian Academy in 2015. In high school, she played basketball and served as a student athletic trainer, which led her to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Courtney then attended the University of Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science in 2019. Courtney earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2024. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and her professional interests include orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy, women’s health, and sports rehabilitation. Courtney values working with clients to ensure a comprehensive approach to recovery and wellness.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her two Australian Shepherd dogs, exercising, traveling, and cheering on the Sooners and Dallas Cowboys. Courtney and her husband, Levi, married in December 2020, moved to Mustang in 2022, and welcomed their first baby girl in 2025.
