Jared Bourne PT, DPT

Jared was raised in Durant, Oklahoma where he graduated from Durant High School. Jared was an All-State soccer player. He played soccer at Northern Oklahoma College where he was part of a team that qualified for the NJCAA National Tournament. Jared graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Studies. He continued his education at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where he graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Jared has had the opportunity to work with students from many physical therapy and physical therapy assistant schools across the country. He enjoys working with students, watching them develop and grow as they begin their journey as future physical therapists.

Jared is passionate about growing his knowledge of physical therapy in orthopedics, manual therapy, manipulations, and dry needling to provide quality care and service to his patients.

Jared is very active in his church and loves spending time with his wife and kids. When he is not at work, you will likely find him hunting, fishing, running, coaching youth sports, or spending time outside.

Layton Tubbs PT, DPT

Layton is from Durant, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of Durant High School. There, he participated in several sports including football, basketball, soccer, and track. After high school, he continued his education in Durant at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance. He then attended Texas State University in Round Rock, Texas, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Layton strives to provide the highest level of care based on current research and proven treatment methods. He enjoys helping his patients improve their function and return to doing the things they love to do. After being a long term patient in physical therapy due to a football injury, he is especially passionate about working with athletes and helping them return to sports.

Layton and his wife, Madi, are members of Fusion Bible Church. They enjoy working out together, playing games, and spending time with family. Layton loves to be outdoors and compete in any kind of game or sport.
