Clinic DirectorCaleb was raised in Pauls Valley and graduated high school in 2014. During his time at PVHS, Caleb was active in football, baseball, and the band. After high school, he attended college at East Central University where he majored in Athletic Training. Caleb was the Athletic Training Student of the year his junior and senior year. He completed his Bachelor’s degree and earned his athletic training certification in 2018. Caleb received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from South College located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Caleb lives in Shawnee with his wife Amanda and their two dogs, Weasley and Spud Lee. When Caleb is not in the clinic, he enjoys video games, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Physical TherapistKaylee was born and raised in the town of Perryton, TX where she graduated from Perryton high school as an honor graduate. She attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Science, with an associate degree in Child Developmental Psychology. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Baylor University. Her interests include orthopedics, pediatrics, and manual therapy.
Her last clinical internship was with PTC, where she fell in love and decided she wanted to pursue outpatient orthopedics. She has been working for PTC since February of 2021. She completed her Manual Therapy Certification in March of 2023 and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in June of 2023.
Kaylee is married to her husband Chase and currently lives in Ada, OK. They welcomed their first baby boy in July of 2023. They enjoy being outdoors, reading, traveling, and playing with their two labs, Kota and Hazel. Kaylee is excited to continue her physical therapy journey with PTC!

Physical Therapist AssistantColby grew up in Stonewall, Oklahoma. She attended Stonewall High School where she was involved in student council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, basketball, and softball. After high school, she attended East Central University with a major in Kinesiology. Colby graduated from ECU with her Bachelor of Science.
Colby was accepted into the Seminole State College PTA program and graduated with her Associates in Applied Science – Physical Therapy Assistant. While in PTA school, she completed rotations in outpatient orthopedic, home health, and inpatient rehab. Colby is eager to continue learning and is excited to treat all patients!
Colby lives in Allen, OK with her husband, Chris, her dog, Koda, and her cat, Banjo. She also loves being involved in her church and being outdoors.
