I HIGHLY recommend PTC in Newcastle for physical therapy! From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is so friendly, kind, and helpful. The therapist’s are knowledgeable and encouraging, shout out to Emily for always cheering me on even when I wasn’t working with her that day! Mike has been a huge part of my after surgery recovery and helped me not only meet my goals, but exceed them! He explains the why behind the exercises and how that is going to support the recovery which I truly appreciate. He has set me up for success and I could not be more thankful for all his help, encouragement, and guidance! This is truly the place to go for quality care!!

I have been very reluctant to go to a PT because I haven’t had positive experiences in the past. I’ve also never felt any place prior to here cared about anything except getting paid. Everyone here, including the front desk staff, have been so pleasant and seem to truly care whether you get better. They’re so friendly and professional. I’ve been happily surprised and can’t say enough nice things about this location, all the employees and the way this facility is run. There’s not one thing I’d change about it. It’s super clean and is run so efficiently. I’ve never had to wait and when it’s my appt time, they spend every second of it focused on my specific needs. KATIE has magical hands, btw, and I’d put her strength (if that’s what you like) and expertise up against anyone else!

Everything about this place is fantastic!!!!! staff is friendly and knowledgeable!!! Physical Therapists are all phenomenal!!!! The PT techs are all very friendly and extremely helpful and of course are awesome too!!!!

I have completed 9 weeks of Physical Therapy. This place was a complete miracle. I learned to walk again and get more range of motion in my left ankle. I thank these wonderful people for helping me. Im not quite all the way there yet. I still have balance issues; but Iam definitely on the mend. Thank you to this wonderful Staff & Therapists.God bless you all.🙏🙏🙏

After my third surgery for chronic compartment syndrome, I began physical therapy at Physical Therapy Central, and I cannot thank Reggie and the entire staff enough for everything they did for me.

From my first visit, Reggie took the time to understand everything I had been been through over the previous six years. He created a personalized rehabilitation plan, encouraged me every step of the way, and genuinely cared about my recovery. His dedication, knowledge, and positive attitude made a tremendous difference.

Thanks to Reggie and the team at Physical Therapy Central, I was pain-free just four weeks after starting therapy. After six years of living with chronic pain, that is something I will never forget.

1 on 1 w/timer!! Always true concern U do exercises right, but never overextend!! Just get there, & the fantastic therapists guide U thru the rest!! Clean, & where U want 2 be📢🎉✨️👍
