Physical Therapist, Clinic DirectorPhilip earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2015. Prior to that, Philip graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has furthered his training earning his Orthopedic Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence in Motion.
Philip is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Philip is driven to see his patients not only reach but exceed their goals, and he is most interested in all aspects of orthopedics and treatment including manual therapy, post-operative care, sports rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
Philip was raised on his family farm in Davis, Oklahoma. He graduated from Davis High School in 2003 and was active in basketball, track, baseball, and football for which he was selected to participate in the 2003 Coaches All-State football game. Philip’s experiences through athletics and sports-related injuries sparked his interest in sports medicine and orthopedics.
Philip and his wife Rebecca have called Moore home for over 7 years, and it is here they have chosen to raise their daughters Marie and Elena. Philip and Rebecca love spending all their available free time with their daughters as they grow. Philip also enjoys watching sports, cycling, running, and disc golf. Philip and his family are very excited to bring further skilled therapy services to the greater Moore area.

Nathan Spencer PT, DPT
Physical TherapistNathan was born and raised in Moore, Oklahoma. He graduated from Moore High School where he enjoyed participating in football. During high school, Nathan found his passion early in physical therapy through Moore Norman Technology Center, Physical Therapy Aide program. Throughout his entire college experience, Nathan was a PT tech at an outpatient clinic, continuing to further his experience and help people achieve their health goals through his role. He went on to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science at the University of Oklahoma.
Nathan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Oklahoma City University. Throughout his didactic studies, Nathan has been involved in numerous leadership roles including his most passionate opportunity, providing outreach to local schools and universities to spread the importance of physical therapy. During his clinical education, Nathan had the opportunity to service a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions across a spectrum of age groups throughout his clinical experiences in both the outpatient and hospital sector. Nathan enjoys treating orthopedic patients with special interests in patients who struggle with chronic pain. Nathan’s approach to PT is to give his patients the tools and empower them back to where they want to be!
When Nathan is not in clinic, you can find him enjoying time with his wife and their “fur-baby”, Belle. He enjoys playing volleyball with friends, watching football & anime with his wife, and playing board & card games. Nathan is an avid Sooner fan.
