Bridgit Finley, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT is the founding partner for Physical Therapy Central and is a partner in Confluent Health. She currently serves as the Vice-President for Clinical Operations with the Thrive Team at Confluent Health. She served as CEO for Physical Therapy Central and Redbud Physical Therapy from 2009-2019.
Physical Therapy Central is a rapidly growing private practice that was selected as Practice of the Year in 2010 by ADVANCE Magazine. Dr. Finley is nationally recognized in the area of clinical education and was awarded the Signe Brunnstrom Award for Excellence in clinical teaching by the American Physical Therapy Association. She was awarded the Chapter Founders Award in 2017 by the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association for outstanding contributions to the physical therapy profession. She is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapists.
Bridgit was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from Casady High School many years ago. Bridgit received a B.S. in physical therapy from The University of Oklahoma in 1994. In March of 2005, she graduated from the University of Arizona Health Sciences with a doctorate degree in physical therapy. In December of 2009, Bridgit graduated from Evidence in Motions Executive Program in Private Practice Management and in 2013 she obtained her fellowship status. In 2012 she received the Alumni Achievement Award from Casady High School. She currently lives in Oklahoma City with her wife and a very playful French bulldog named Gerty. She travels all over the world in search of the best cup of coffee and has a plan of someday of growing her own food from her garden.
