Doug ArnoldPT, ATC
Doug was born in California and raised in Bethany, OK. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center as a PT in 1985, he married his wife Sandy and moved to New Orleans. While in New Orleans, Doug became certified as an Athletic Trainer and has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association since 1987. He became Nike SPARQ certified in 2008.
Doug has been working in the area of orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine for over 32 years. He has had the privilege to work with the New Orleans Saints, the University of New Orleans, and currently assists in the training room at University of Central Oklahoma and Heritage Hall High School. After establishing and operating Five Star Physical Therapy for seven years, a partnership was formed with PT Central in January 2018.
Doug enjoys his time with patients and working at athletic events. When not working he loves any chance to spend time with family and friends, especially on the water or in the mountains.
Kylie CordellPT, MPT
Kylie grew up in western Oklahoma and graduated from Woodward High School. She attended undergrad at Oklahoma State University and earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Studies. Kylie then earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2008.
Since graduation she has worked in outpatient physical therapy, focusing on orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Kylie enjoys spending time with her husband Jared and their two children Jack and Luke. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, cooking for friends and family, fishing, hunting, playing sports, and being outdoors.
Kendall BlundellPT, DPTKendall was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She was an all-state athlete in softball, where she was first introduced to the physical therapy profession. She graduated from Cypress Creek High School in 2006. Her love of adventure and to explore new places made her look out of state for college and she attended the University of Oklahoma. While in college, she was an active participant in the Pi Beta Phi sorority. Kendall graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Studies with distinction in 2010. With her passion to help and care for people, Kendall pursued her dreams to become a physical therapist. She attended physical therapy school at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 with outstanding distinction.Following graduation, Kendall moved to Dallas, Texas and worked three years in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. After getting married, her husband’s job brought her back to Oklahoma City where she has worked in outpatient orthopedics. Her favorite part about being a physical therapist is the rapport she is able to build with her patients and the ability to get people back to the things they love in life. She is very excited to be joining the Physical Therapy Central family.Kendall and her husband, Ben, met freshman year move in day at OU and were married in May of 2015. While both Texans, they have made Oklahoma home with their two goldendoodles, Bogey and Barkley. She is an avid sports fan and after living in multiple cities throughout her life her sports allegiances fall with the Oklahoma Sooners, OKC Thunder, and Houston Texans. She loves all things food, including cooking at home for her husband and going out to try all the new restaurants in town with friends and family. She loves traveling around the US and overseas. Some of her favorite trips have been to Ireland, London, Spain, Portugal, Costa Rica, and Hawaii.
Jimmy graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy in 1992. He has been licensed and practicing in Oklahoma in the outpatient setting for 25 years. He has been in private practice for the past 17 years, working exclusively with shoulder patients for the last 8 years. When not in the clinic, Jimmy is busy with his kids, ages 16 and 12, and their school and sports activities. He has had the special distinction of working daily with his wife, Nicki Piercey, for the last 10 years.
