Rachel Craw PTA

Rachel Craw PTA
Physical Therapist AssistantRachel was born and raised in Oklahoma. She grew up in the Okarche/Kingfisher area where she attended Kingfisher Public Schools and participated in wide variety of sports and academic clubs. After graduating high school, Rachel moved to Alva, OK where she attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University (NWOSU), earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Sports Science with a minor in Biology. While earning her degree Rachel was an active member of the NWOSU cheer team and an assistant manager at the Alva Golf & Country Club.
Rachel attended Oklahoma City Community College where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree. During PTA school, Rachel completed clinical rotations at Bellevue Health and Rehabilitation in Bethany, OU Medical Center in the intensive care unit, and Select Physical Therapy in El Reno. These experiences allowed her to work with many patients with different diagnoses and discover a variety of treatment methods. Directly out of PTA school, Rachel worked for a year at Brookwood Skilled Nursing and Therapy where she focused mainly on rehabilitation for the geriatric population. Her areas of interest include balance training and fall prevention, geriatrics, rehabilitation of general orthopedic conditions, and sports rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys spending time with her daughter and her husband, crafting, reading, playing golf, collecting plants and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to be back home at the PTC Yukon clinic and is looking forward to building relationships within the Yukon community.

Emily Phillips PTA

Emily Phillips PTA
As a native of Calumet, Oklahoma, Emily graduated from Calumet High School. She then earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Sports Science and a minor in Biology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. While at Northwestern, she played women’s basketball. Upon graduation, she spent two years at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid at their inpatient rehabilitation center working as a rehab technician. Emily attended Murray State College where she received her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree .
During PTA school, Emily completed clinical internships at Valir of Piedmont, St. Anthony’s Hospital of Shawnee, and Therapy Specialists of Oklahoma of Edmond. These experiences have provided her with an excellent background in the outpatient orthopaedic setting and have allowed her to work with a wide variety of patients and diagnoses. She has been an active member of the APTA and OPTA since 2017. Her professional interests include orthopaedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, and manual therapy.
In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling, working out, outdoor activities, sporting events, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends. She is very excited to be a part of the Physical Therapy Central team and see what the future brings!

Chandler Fry PT, DPT

Chandler Fry PT, DPT
Clinic DirectorChandler was born and raised in Tonkawa, Oklahoma where she played basketball and ran cross country and track at Tonkawa High School.
She attended the University of Central Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Chandler graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with her Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Chandler began her career at Physical Therapy Central in Choctaw and transferred to our Yukon location in July of 2023. She is interested in orthopedics and is an APTA certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She enjoys working with patients of all ages to help them reach their goals.
Chandler married her husband, Christopher, in August of 2020. They live in Oklahoma City with their dogs, Apollo and Maple, and their cat, Gingersnap.
When she is not in the clinic, Chandler enjoys exercising, reading, traveling, and hanging out with her friends and family.

Elizabeth Younger PT, DPT

Elizabeth Younger PT, DPT
Elizabeth is from the Oklahoma City area and graduated from Mid-Del Christian High School. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Southern Nazarene University in 2002 while playing on the 1999 NAIA National Championship winning women’s golf team. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2019 where she served for two years as the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Student Liaison.
Elizabeth has been an active member of the APTA and Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association since 2016 and is a member of the APTA Sports Therapy Section and the Geriatric Section. Her areas of interest include manual therapy, balance training and fall prevention, sports rehabilitation, and spinal dysfunction.
Outside of the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and family. She also likes playing golf, singing with her family in the choir, exercising, and gardening.
