Dale Boren PT, MPT, OCS, SCS
Clinic DirectorDale was born and raised in NW Oklahoma in the small town of Camargo. He went to Leedey High School where he loved the outdoors and playing baseball for the Mighty Bison who went to 6 State Tournaments. Following high school, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK in 2002. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2005. Dale graduated with distinction at the top of his class and was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society.
Following nominations from the faculty at OUHSC, Dale was awarded the prestigious Mary McMillan Scholarship Award from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2005. The Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) awarded Dale with the Clinical Education Excellence Award from Langston University in 2009 for providing excellence in clinical instruction to physical therapy students.
Dale’s physical therapy interests include outpatient orthopedics, sports injuries, spinal dysfunction, manual therapy including dry needling, and he enjoys volunteering for sporting events for athletes with disabilities. He is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS) through the APTA. He is currently an active member of both the APTA and the OPTA, and he is currently a member of the private practice and orthopedic sections of the APTA. Dale has completed Levels I and II of the manual therapy certification through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Dale’s next endeavor is to begin a combined Transitional Doctorate (t-DPT) in Physical Therapy and certification through the Executive Program in Private Practice Management through Evidence in Motion.
Dale currently resides in Leedey, OK with his wife Christa and their three sons: Aidyn, Hudsyn, and Holdyn. The Borens enjoy spending time together outdoors, where their boys like going to the park, getting wet, or looking for animals at the farm. When Dale and Christa get time to themselves, they enjoy going out to dinner and a movie. In the fall, they enjoy hitting the woods to go deer hunting, where Christa usually shows her husband up!
Dale would like for his clients to know that he brings small town values to the clinic daily. He is compassionate about physical therapy and his clients, and he will go above and beyond to assist his clients in the attainment of their personal and functional goals.

Skylar is most interested in treating sports rehabilitation.

Physical TherapistKaitlyn Cotton earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College. Prior to that, Kaitlyn obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Kaitlyn specializes in pelvic health and orthopedics and is most interested in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, lower back pain, hip pain, and sports rehabilitation.
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys playing with her two boxers, exercising/weightlifting, and hiking.

She graduated with her Bachelors in Applied Exercise Sciences from Oklahoma State University and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Aubreigh’s areas of interests include pediatric rehabilitation and sports medicine.
Aubreigh enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, watching Oklahoma State football, and reading.

Physical Therapist AssistantAbbey was raised in Vici, OK where she graduated high school. She played basketball and softball her entire life which led her to her career as a PTA. After high school, she attended college for 3 years at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. While attending SWOSU she began working as a Physical Therapy Tech until she finished her PTA degree from Caddo Kiowa Technology Center. After she graduated with her PTA degree, she began her career at Physical Therapy Central in Elk City. She is excited to work alongside amazing therapists and continue to learn from them. As a PTA, her primary interests are sports rehabilitation and orthopedics.
Abbey is married to Jacolby and they have a son and one fur baby named Murphy. In their spare time they enjoy sports and anything outdoors. They love to spend summers swimming or boating at the lake or beach and spending time with their friends and family any chance they get. Abbey also enjoys attending concerts, collecting vinyl records, or anything else that has to do with music.
She is excited to continue to serve the people of Western Oklahoma.

She then obtained her PTA degree at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center/SWOSU and her Bachelor’s degree in applied health sciences from SWOSU.
Following her graduation from SWOSU, Chaley began her career at Physical Therapy Central Elk City. Chaley is excited to work alongside some of the best Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants and get all of Western Oklahoma “Back to Work, Back to Play and Back to Life!”
Chaley is married to Tucker, and they have one little boy! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, going to the lake, and playing with her two dogs, T.J. and Mallie.

Physical TherapistMaKayla grew up on a farm in Butler, OK. She attended Leedey Schools, where she enjoyed competing for the bison in both softball and basketball. Following high school, she graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Health Science. After undergrad, she attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. At Texas Tech, she graduated top of her class and was inducted into both Alpha Eta and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies.
MaKayla enjoys treating both pelvic floor dysfunction and outpatient orthopaedics. She is currently finished up her Manual Therapy Certification. She is passionate about working along side patients to meet their goals and enhance their overall quality of life.
Makayla, her husband Clay, and their son Graham live in Weatherford. She enjoys being outside, working out, and spending time with family, friends, and her two golden retrievers.
