  • Ashley Gutierrez

    Ashley GutierrezPT, DPT, OCS

    Ashley is originally from Midwest City, OK and graduated from Carl Albert High School in 2003 where she played volleyball, basketball, and track. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science in 2007 from the University of Oklahoma. During this time, Ashley was involved in community service serving on the Breast Cancer Awareness Committee, the Great American Smoke-out Committee, and the Adopt-A-Child Committee.

    Ashley earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2011 from the University of Oklahoma. While attending physical therapy school, Ashley was the Community Service Chair for the Student Physical Therapy Association. She organized several community service events, including developing physical activities for elementary school kids, organizing a student medical team for the OKC Memorial Marathon, assisting children with developmental disabilities playing baseball, Relay for Life, and buying Christmas presents for children in Children’s Hospital.

    Ashley is also involved in the American Physical Therapy Association {APTA} and Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association {OPTA}. She attended the APTA National Student Conclave in Miami, FL in 2009. She continues to participate in all state meetings and currently serves as the Treasurer for the OPTA Political Action Committee.

    She completed a year and a half Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program through Evidence in Motion. Through this program, Ashley has received advanced education in orthopaedics. Ashley then became Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2014, a distinction limited to less than 5% of actively practicing Physical Therapists. Her special interests include orthopedics, manual therapy, spinal dysfunction, and neurological rehabilitation. Her future plans include Board Certification in one of the specialty areas offered by the APTA.

    Ashley is married to a former OU football player and current Oklahoma City Firefighter, Jacob Gutierrez, and they recently welcomed a baby boy, Jace. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, attending OU sporting events, and volunteering in her church and community.

  • Chaya Shaheen

    Chaya ShaheenPTA

    Chaya is originally from Hinton, OK where she graduated from Lookeba-Sickles High School in 2008. During that time she played softball and basketball. Chaya attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she competed on the rodeo team for 2 years before attending and graduating the Physical Therapy Assistant program through SWOSU-Sayre.

    Chaya’s interests include orthopedics, manual therapy, pediatrics, and gait training.

    Chaya enjoys spending time with her husband, riding horses, outdoor activities, and reading.

  • RaeAnn S. Thomas

    RaeAnn S. ThomasPT, DPT, OCS

    RaeAnn is a Newcastle native and graduated from Newcastle High School in 1996. She earned her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2002. She was selected to be a Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society member, indicating she graduated in the top 10% of her class.

    In 2005, RaeAnn opened Physical Therapy Central of Newcastle while pursuing her doctorate degree. In March of 2007, she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center. Her final Doctorate work was onEvaluation and Treatment of Acetabular Labral Pathology of the Hip.

    RaeAnn has been an active Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association and American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) member since 1999. In 2007, she became an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor and in 2006 was awarded Clinical Instructor of the Year from the University of Oklahoma physical therapy school.

    Her special areas of interest include orthopedics, advanced sports rehabilitation, spinal dysfunction, and manual therapy. She has extensive training in muscle energy techniques and joint mobilization of the spine. RaeAnn’s post-graduate course work has been primarily orthopedic based to include ACL rehab and injury prevention as well as evaluation and treatment of shoulder pathology.

    RaeAnn enjoys cycling, traveling, and playing golf. However, she mostly enjoys spending time with her new son Lucas.

  • Amy Lee

    Amy LeePT, MPT, OCS

    Amy was born and raised in Northwest Oklahoma City, where she attended Putnam City North High School. She now resides in Moore despite living amongst all of the tornadoes. She enjoys traveling, playing golf, running, cycling, swimming, and playing with her super cute son. She also enjoys making ridiculous e-cards and reading books written by comedians. Top Golf is essentially her home away from home.

    Amy graduated in 2003 from the great Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She speaks virtually no Spanish at this time. She played four years of Division 1 collegiate golf for WSU and was a member of the NCAA student-advisory committee. Her collegiate career in golf has essentially led to her being a Top Golf expert. Please do not share this information. She went on to earn her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2007 and is now proud to call herself a Shocker and a Sooner!

    Amy has been an active member of the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association since 2006. She has served one two-year term as a recruiting officer, one two-year term as the Vice Chair for the OPTA’s Western District, and one two-year term as the 2nd Vice President of the OPTA. She is considering running for President of the United States but fears that she wouldn’t be able to get enough sleep and therefore has declined the offer.

    Amy became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2009. She opened PTC of Chickasha in 2009 and has gone on to co-own the Blanchard, NW OKC, and North Edmond clinics. In 2015, she became the Marketing Director for the company and is proud to be able to call herself both a PT and an official spokesperson for the company. Amy is a proud advocate for her friends at the Cavett Kids foundation and loves supporting kids that have terminal and/or life-threatening illnesses. Amy loves working for PTC and hopes that one day the company can be featured on the cover of something great, like National Geographic or Sports Illustrated. For now, she is enjoying her role as a mentor owner to 4 different clinics and as the Director of Marketing for this incredibly excellent company. She can be reached any time at alee@ptcentral.org.

  • Meghan Milner

    Meghan MilnerPT, DPT

    Meghan was raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from Bishop McGuiness Catholic High School. She was a member of the cross country, swim, and golf teams, and also participated in leadership and community service activities. After graduating in 2008, she attended Oklahoma State University where she obtained a bachelors of science degree in Nutritional Sciences/Allied Health with honors and special distinction. She also worked as a technician at Physical Therapy Central in Stillwater during college.

    Meghan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Saint Mary Stefani Physical Therapy Program in 2016. During physical therapy school, she achieved certifications in Rock Tape™ Fascial Movement Taping and ­JOBST™ Fitting and Measuring Custom Compression Garments. She completed four clinical rotations, one of them with Physical Therapy Central Midtown. She gained valuable experience in orthopedics, sports rehab, post-op rehab, and manual therapy during her rotations. Meghan also completed a survey based research study on Kansas Physical Therapists’ Attitudes, Knowledge, and Practice Approaches Regarding People Who are Obese and is hoping to be published sometime in the future.

    Meghan has been an active American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) member since 2013. Her areas of interests include orthopedics, manual therapy, health/wellness and prevention, sports injuries, vestibular therapy, and trigger point dry needling, She plans on becoming board certified in orthopedic physical therapy following residency in the future.

    Meghan enjoys golfing, working out, yoga, traveling, cooking, sporting events, and spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and her dog.
